Brewery Update

Mike and I have been working hard to get the brewery up and running for the beginning of 2017. We recently installed a Nitro system only to find out that one of the taps needs to be replaced. Hopefully, we'll be able to get the new stout taps up and running soon. Our second 4 tap keezer is almost finished...we just need to install the beer and gas lines along with the shanks and taps. This should be completed by next week. We finished building half of our galvanized pipe bar. In the next few weeks, we should finish the bar top and begin work on two galvanized pipe pub tables.  Our RIMS tube is complete and we are working on setting up the stand for our pumps, controller, and heating element.

Beginning in early August, we will be brewing beer and letting it ferment to perfection for our January opening. What to expect with the opening? A weekly Friday happy hour with our friends, family, and coworkers. We are excited to get feedback on our beer recipes (how else can we perfect them?) and hang out with some of our favorite people. Everyone is welcome.
